TRACK EVENTS: Girls followed by Boys in ALL track events

The Trials of Miles Track Club is here to provide opportunities to athletes this school year. These opportunities will include plyometrics, running mechanics, speed development, & endurance training. The cost of this session with be $50 per athlete. Athletes need to be prepared to practice outside. Athletes also need to doing the “little” things, proper fueling, hydration, sleep, and school work.

  • The winter session will start December 5th
    • This will be for all middle school & high school athletes
    • Practice will meet in the weight room of Pomona High School
    • Practice will be from 3:30pm – 5:30pm
  • Distance Team will meet: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, occasionally Saturday
    • Tuesday will be on your own
  • Sprint Crew will meet: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Throwers will start Dec. 13th and meet on Tuesday’s
    • Throwers can lift on the days distance/ sprint lift
